These can be shared via electronic means (for example, SMS, emails and online advertising) and via mail. As a data controller, Source does not share any of your personal data except for the purposes described in this privacy notice and as required by law.

Please note that this privacy policy is specific to personal data that Source collects and uses as a data controller. In using Source products and services, you and/or your company or other third-party act as the data controller of data to which you give Source access. Examples of such data or content include video and image or other personal data contained therein. In such case, Source acts solely as the data processor and will only process the data on your behalf as the data controller, in accordance with your instructions and applicable law.

Source will not use your personal data for any longer than needed in order to fulfil the purposes described in this privacy policy. After that, we will delete or permanently de-identify your personal data unless required or entitled by law to retain it, or parts of it.

You have a right to request and receive information on what personal data we have about you, get access to this data, request that we erase parts or the entirety of your personal data, request that we restrict the use of or cease using your personal data, and/or have your personal data re-submitted to you in a structured and accessible format.
